Moonlight Film Discussion Online
Free and open to the public! The second event in our Queer Film Series: An LGBTQIA Inclusive. This film is a moving and transcendent look at three defining chapters in the life of Chiron, a young man growing up in Miami. Moonlight is free to current students, faculty, and staff from our Kanopy streaming service and available to subscribers on Hulu and Amazon Prime.
Join us at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 14 for the discussion moderated by Dathan B. Williams, Actor at Southwest Shakespeare Company and lecturer on Black Theatre and Shakespeare. Hosted by Stephanie Church, Manager of Campus Life at Wildwood.
As a companion reading, our moderator recommends Introspection & Black Masculinity Through the Lens of Moonlight by Thomas Flagg.
