What to Expect

The librarian will send you a link for a virtual meeting. We can discuss research strategies, recommend resources, and provide instruction on topics such as using library databases and evaluating websites. This will leave you better equipped to continue research on your own.

In the virtual meeting: microphone/audio capabilities are essential. A webcam is also highly recommended. Use a laptop, desktop computer, or tablet if possible. Phone screens are not large enough for effective screen-sharing.

  • Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • If you need to cancel, let us know; your confirmation email will include a link for cancelling.

If you can't find a time that works for you, use our Ask a Librarian e-mail form.
